1. Nobody has opened this room for 2 years. (Present Perfect) - Никто не открывал эту комнату 2 дня.

This room has not been opened for 2 years. (Present Perfect Passive Voice)  - Эту комнату не открывали 2 дня.

2. We will give an answer to your question in 2 days. (Future Simple) -  Мы дадим ответ на ваш вопрос через 2 дня.

An answer to your question will be given in 2 days. (Future Simple Passive Voice) - Ответ на ваш вопрос будет дан через 2 дня.

3. Someone is speaking to the Dean at the moment. (Present Continuous) - Кто-то разговаривает с деканом в данный момент.

Dean is being spoken to at the moment. (Present Continuous Passive Voice) - В данный момент с деканом разговаривают.

4. By the time I came, someone had already cleaned the room. (Past Perfect) - К тому времени как я пришёл, кто-то уже убрал в комнате.

By the time I came, the room had been already cleaned. (Past Perfect Passive Voice) - К тому времени как я пришёл, комната уже была убрана.

5. We often discuss problems together. (Present Simple) -  Мы часто обсуждаем проблемы вместе.

Problems are often discussed together. (Present Simple Passive Voice) - Проблемы часто обсуждаются вместе.
