Hockey is a winter type of sport game, where two teams are playing on the ice against each other and try to kick the ball (so called puck) into the opponent's gate by the hockey stick. Ice hockey is one of the most popular national games in such countries like Canada, Russia, Finland, Latvia, Slovakia, the United States of America and the Czech Republic. Other types of hockey game such as street hockey, bandy, field, beach and roller hockey are less popular. Hockey is a winter type of Olympic games.
